Ingredients
  

BBQ Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie or leftover chicken.
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas Can substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a medium bowl until fully coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix coleslaw mix with ranch dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Lay out tortillas and divide BBQ chicken among them, then add coleslaw mixture, cheese, and green onions.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to the top. Slice in half for serving.
